All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) Monday to Friday after receiving your order confirmation email.

We aim to send out all orders placed before 2.30pm the same day (Monday to Friday). Customers that order standard 3 - 5 working day delivery may notice that their orders are shipped out a few days later but will still be delivered within the 3 -5 day delivery timeframe.
Sometimes due to high volume of orders during promotions, the processing time may increase to 3 - 5 working business days.
